Platform Overview
Discover the technology powering Nara.
Overview
The protocol is designed to support a wide variety of on-chain and offchain strategies, including but not limited to:
PayFi
Market making
Arbitrage strategies
Basis Trade
Quantitative Strategies
ERC-4626
ERC-4626 is an open-source standard for yield-bearing token vaults. It extends the ERC-20 token standard and is designed to optimize and unify the technical parameters of yield-bearing tokenized vaults. This promotes greater composability and more efficient integrations across the DeFi ecosystem.
Nara has adopted the ERC-4626 standard for its vaults, enabling seamless integration with other DeFi protocols and applications.
Verite
Verite is a framework for issuing, holding, and verifying digital credentials. It is an open-source project developed by Circle. Verite allows for the creation of reusable digital identity credentials that can be utilized across multiple applications and services.
Nara employs Verite for identity verification and KYC/AML compliance. This streamlines the onboarding process and ensures that all users are verified and adhere to regulatory requirements.
LayerZero
Nara is partnering with LayerZero to ensure compatibility for LP tokens issued on Nara is seamless, secure, and efficient cross-chain interoperability. LayerZero’s omnichain technology fundamentally transforms how RWA tokens are managed and transferred across multiple blockchains, addressing key challenges in liquidity, security, and accessibility.
Nara’s crosschain compatibility for LP tokens enables these assets to transcend blockchain silos by providing a secure, efficient omnichain infrastructure. Layerzero’s messaging protocol, OFT standard, and Stargate liquidity transfer protocol collectively allow tokenized funds to move seamlessly and natively across multiple blockchains, preserving value and enhancing liquidity. This interoperability is crucial for institutional adoption, regulatory compliance, and expanding market reach in the rapidly growing tokenization sector.
ERC-20
ERC-20 is a technical standard used for all smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain for fungible token implementations. It defines a common set of rules that all ERC-20 tokens must follow, facilitating easy integration with other DeFi protocols and applications.
Nara utilizes ERC-20 tokens for its equity and lending and yield products. This allows for straightforward integration with other DeFi protocols and applications, ensuring compatibility with the Ethereum blockchain.
