Nara Technology Ltd. ("Platform Provider")

A software company responsible for developing and maintaining the Nara Platform.

Nara SPV

A bankruptcy-remote SPV operated by an independent board of directors. Nara SPV is currently the only Borrower approved for the Treasury Management Product. Nara SPV is the financial counter-party for Lenders and broker/dealers, banks, and custodians.

Lenders

Investors who provide capital to Nara for lending activities.

Borrowers

Institutions that receive loans on Nara. Initiatlly it will be exlusively the Nara SPV.

Investment Strategist

Third party investment managers that devise the investment strategy and manages the assets.

Custodians

Regulated financial institutions that hold digital assets on behalf of Nara and its clients. Custodians provide secure storage for digital assets and facilitate asset transfers between parties.

Hex Trust Limited

Hex Trust Limited a fully licensed digital asset custodian founded in 2018 that provides institutional-grade custody, staking, and market services for digital assets. It serves protocols, foundations, financial institutions, and the Web3 ecosystem, aiming to bridge traditional finance and blockchain technology securely and compliantly

Hex Trust is a partner of Nara, and will provide custody services for RWA tokens issued.

Broker/Dealers

Regulated financial institutions that facilitate the trading of digital assets on behalf of Nara and its clients. Broker/Dealers provide market liquidity and execute trades for Nara.

Hex Trust MENA FZE has obtained a full Virtual Asset Service Provider license from Dubai’s Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) and will assist in distributing Nara’s virtual assets across Dubai’s freezones and mainland.

Legal Counsel

Provides legal advice and guidance to Nara and its clients, ensuring all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Auditors

Provide independent assurance that Nara ’s financial statements are accurate and complete. Auditors also review Nara ’s internal controls and processes to ensure their effectiveness.

Regulators

Government agencies that oversee the financial services industry. Regulators ensure financial institutions operate safely and soundly and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Technology Providers

Provide technology solutions to Nara and its clients. Technology Providers develop and maintain the software and infrastructure supporting Nara ’s operations.

Service Providers

Provide various services to Nara and its clients, including legal, accounting, and administrative services, assisting Nara in its day-to-day operations.
