What if I could not complete the onboarding?

If the onboarding is not fully completed, you can sign in using the email address you started the process with.

You will then receive a link to that email address. Click on the link, and you will be able to continue onboarding.

What if I uploaded the wrong document to the platform?

If you uploaded the wrong document in the KYC process, please contact [email protected].
